  • Must hold a valid Charity status as a 501c3 NFP.
  • Acknowledge and agree to GOOGLE’s required certifications regarding non-discrimination and donation receipt and use.
  • Have a live website with substantial level of original content that meets GOOGLE standards and in compliance with their regs.
  • If already a recipient failing or not in compliance, we can get you reinstated and implement your campaigns for you and fix whatever the problems.
  • Qualification by GOOGLE Evaluator, Registration & Application for Adwords Grant follow suit waiting official approval.
  • Upon approval an Engagement Letter to be executed amongst the parties. If you are not approved for whatever reason, there is NO obligation on your part whatsoever and exploration is FREE.
Phase I

Phase I

The work that follows will take approx. 15 days, performing the necessary parts to the whole to ready your organization to compete on the GOOGLE Search platform. Those steps are:

  • Assign Executor to create necessary GOOGLE Adwords Grant accounts.
  • Architect to study your business model gain complete understanding and draft an effective campaign strategy. We employ the “OKR” methodology – Objectives Keyed to Results.
  • In-Depth Keyword research to maximize performance and achieve a 5% CTR.
  • Identify Competition-perform traffic and bid rate analysis-apply our proprietary structuring tool.
  • Structure Campaigns & Strategic Set-up – Minimum of 5 Ad Groups to put into rotation with properly Drafted and Craft-fully constructed Text ads.
  • Set-up Adwords Conversion and Analytics Tracing Accounts.
  • To set Goals and Funnels across all platforms to best tweak and maximize required results.
  • Monthly Dashboard Analytic Reports will be generated for our TEAM to review with the Stakeholders of your Org. to help accelerate ROI and tap all resources.
Phase II

Phase II

Following the foregoing approximately 2 weeks into the Scope of Work and everything tested the Management of the Plan will be ready to be set into motion. RAMP-Up period is approximately 90 days from launch to achieve optimal rotations. To maximize conversions naturally there is a learning curve to lock into the algorithms.

  • Systematic launching of the Campaigns after obtaining prior approval from GOOGLE.
  • Constant monitoring and adjustment will be necessary to achieve the results we seek.
  • Identifying the best keyword performance and those performing poorly to hit 5% CTR+.
  • Crating and testing new ads to maximize results on the sponsored ad platform.
  • Analyzing search queries will play an integral role in maximizing response – mission based campaigns.
  • Optimizing keywords and bids will assist in pumping the campaigns, resulting in optimal placement.
  • Providing monthly data reports to be reviewed and collaborating to help catapult your results.
